The Fiesta ST is powered by a 1.6 litre 180bhp Ford EcoBoost engine to deliver performance while still providing good fuel efficiency. In its basic form, it is an acceptable hot hatch. But with a few adjustments it can be transformed into the vehicle Ford should have made. Changes to the engine calibration, breathing, and cooling systems mean power can be increased to 240bhp. But if that's not enough replacing the stock turbocharger with a hybrid unit changes the power delivery and engine output to 290bhp and 300lb.
